2. Booking and Payments

• Advance Deposit: A non-refundable deposit (the percentage to be decided during booking) is required to secure your event date.
• Final Payment: The remaining balance must be cleared [e.g., 3 or 7 days] before the event date.
• Pricing: Prices are subject to change based on specific client requests, guest count increases, or last-minute additions.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• If the client cancels the event, the initial deposit will be forfeited.
• Cancellations made within [e.g., 15 days] of the event may require full payment of the total agreed-upon fee.
• In the rare case that Durjoya Event must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund of the amount paid will be issued.

4. Client Responsibilities

• The client must provide accurate information regarding the venue, guest count, and timings.
• Any permits, permissions, or venue-specific rules are the responsibility of the client unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Any damage to decor or equipment caused by guests during the event may result in additional charges to the client.

5. Limitation of Liability

Durjoya Event shall not be held liable for circumstances beyond our control (Force Majeure), such as natural disasters, strikes, government restrictions, or power failures at the venue. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific service.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on durjoyaevent.com, including logos, images of our work, and text, is the property of Durjoya Event. You may not use our images for commercial purposes without prior written consent.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page, and continued use of our services implies acceptance of the new terms.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh.
